Amanda Goreman Meets George Foreman

Last time in George's kitchen's forum,

Dave help him unpack food from the store again.

The bad weather was brand new it was stormin, the tiny little hands of the rains own blue, was pourin, Amanda and Dave reached George's back door and lightning over their soaked heads

Up the steps, the three friends went, The new conversation was paying their friendship's rent, it was the beginning of time well spent,

(rain for days was the two kid friend's scent)

George had a way to please, the kid's heart

which contained a friendship key.

Into to the kitchen the two kid friends gleaming settled

George foreman was ready to pour his steaming kettle

Dave mentioned George's stream of medals

Uh yes, For Day's went George's (also of his peers) stories

The two kid's buttered him up, as he mentioned his career's days of glory

For he, had wisdom without fear for days pourin.

Ready went the three friends cheese sandwich's so grilled

And the future writer of The Climbed up hill

had a smile which “in the room spilled”

their teeth made their craters

three minutes later

The Listener of The Almanac Singers

had a snicker and grin for the little ground hog's face

had grease all over his chin.

George signed for Amanda his brand new poetry book

The Forge of their new friendship had it's innocent look

Then Dave turned on the TV inside the kitchen's nook
