I knew that by going into the basement I

would have trepidations, I was the most

hesitant one in the nation, I knew it, I got scared

on my mission as soon as I saw that apparition, I then had

a sensation it was horripilation.

The ghost was a man who was old, perching upon

the steps, you be bet, the first though in my brain which lept

was that he was a damned soul.

By horripilation's doing raised were my hairs

I was scared, All I could do at him was stare.

For seeing the man who also appears in my dreams was rare.

But finally I snapped out of it and dropped it into

another gear

I finally ran up the stairs.
