Palmy

My trip to California was flourishing

My Mental health never skipped and was all nourishing

Outside the auditorium the breeze was balmy

As I calmly walked to the concert among the

flora of the street so palmy

I said

I can’t wait to hear DB play the Anandi

I said to myself with my musical whims

No one else plays it like him

heck no one else came up with that

musical invention

And with the tickets I bought

As I stood there in the auditorium’s parking lot

I thought to myself just like the

flora surrounding me with forget me knots, and palmy trees

Debashish’s fair daughter singing you see is also red hot.

Under my breath I muttered

Can’t wait to hear my sisters and brothers.

Give me a fair Calcutta

I heard his 90’s album

glad at the main one in music room I found him
