Back in the 60’s on stage at only 26 he looked and was considered
grown
The Blues hitter on stage cooked it’s hambone
A R.J. buzz listener pleased the audience who was stoned
needless to say this blues blitzer away from the band wasn’t alone
Inside counterculture by the help of Jah
Paul played The Vultures and sang and the crowd yelled Huzzah!
You bet though that the band with my quetzals, took the lead,
Blues was the buddy so special I was freed
The first time in Heartland’s melting pot roux, I stared with glee, at Paul
playing through and through
I was a fan In the festival in need.
A fan like me revered the blues!
The band I loved so dear sincere moved!
